Love is the best, so OBVIOUSLY a Valentine’s Day Wedding is going to be the best! Jenny and Maynard threw a killer party at BRICK and celebrated the heck out of love!

It was a totally perfect San Diego day in February: warm in the sun and cool in the shade. Jenny got ready surrounded by family and we all piled in the party bus to head to Saint Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Mass was emotional and beautiful. As the ceremony came to a close, some magical light glittered through the church and put that extra special kiss of magic on this brand new union.

After family portraits and a couple cute moments in that glittering light, we all got back in the bus so the party could really start! BRICK is located in Liberty Station, so we got dropped off, stopped a little traffic and had a blast taking portraits around the area while family and friends enjoyed cocktail hour. Liberty Station is such a fun area and has a ton of variety to offer for photos. After being total babes for photos, Jenny and Maynard made a grand entrance to get the party started. The wedding party became the ultimate hype team and there was lots of confetti and break out sing-a-longs throughout dinner. The maids of honor brought the house down with their speeches turned parody songs. As a huge Weird Al fan, I was genuinely impressed with how they changed the lyrics to MULTIPLE songs to talk about Jenny and Maynard.

The dance floor WENT OFF and these party animals tore it up all night. I’m so glad I got to be apart of of all this amazing energy and love. It’s been two months and I’m anxiously awaiting for Jenny and Maynard to get this perfect little fam going. Jenny is a bad ass nurse and has been toiling on the front lines during all this Covied-19 madness and I’m proud to know her.
