Four Moon Spa wedding in Encinitas, CA | Laura & Nick

Laura and Nick are just so freaking sweet together. They met while both in college in Wisconsin. When Nick graduated and had a job opportunity in San Diego, the distance didn’t matter to them. Laura encouraged him to take the job and they were long distance for a couple years. Once Laura finished grad school, she moved out to San Diego with Nick and the rest is history!

Four Moons Spa is the most magical hidden nook for a wedding. Right in the heart of Encinitas, it immediately makes you feel like you’re on a tropical island. It has some great spots to duck into if needed, but also totally lights up at night for a magical reception under the stars.

Friends and Family traveled from near and far. San Diego is such a great place for a wedding, because everyone is always looking for a good excuse to visit! Everyone from Wisconsin was thrilled to be escaping the quickly declining temps back home. Family pitched in to help making the cake and the most incredible charcuterie plate I have ever seen. Colors were kept in neutrals with fun pops of orange worked in. Wyld Blooms created the dreamiest boho bouquet in a neutral, desert palette with dried and unique textures.

Their ceremony was a romantic and tearful one. Distance truly does make the heart fonder and everyone seemed to excited for these two to finally be together forever. Laura had told me that she was most excited to dance the night away with loved ones. They kept the reception casual and got to dancing asap. Four Moons truely is magical at night and everything just had an extra sparkle.

Laura and Nick, thank you for being the actual sweetest and letting me be part of your magic!

Laura and Nick had the cutest engagement photos at Maple Canyon in downtown San Diego! Hidden in the neighborhood is the most magical canyon and bridge. I highly recommend checking it out HERE!
