We were watching golden girls and it was the episode where rose proposes to miles and Austin asked if I would ever propose to him to which I said “if it takes you that long”. But then I had a lightbulb moment and decided why not ask him? He was my best friend and as much as I wanted to be proposed to to see a man show his vulnerability and love for me, I knew I didn’t need it because Austin shows me everyday he loves me.
