Deborah and Greg are TOO freaking sweet! Right off the bat I knew I would love these total sweeties. They met at Small Groups at their church. When she starts to tell the story, Deborah starts to giggle as she says “I thought he was so awkward at first!”. Over time Greg was able to win her over with his charm and form a bond strong enough to withstand the tests of a long distance relationship!

Deborah currently lives in Massachusetts, where she is attending school to be a pharmacist, while Greg is here in San Diego. Thank God for the magic of video chat . When we first connected and started chatting about their big day, we all met up online to chat face to face. Deborah had a visit to see Greg in San Diego soon, just as the Covid madness started. It lined up perfectly and she was able to quarantine with him as schools all closed down. While plans for school in the fall hang in the air, there is no doubt about how in love these cuties are. They had to postpone their 2020 wedding, meaning stoke will be even bigger for their big day in 2021.

With masks at the ready, we met up at Lake Cuyamaca for their engagement photos as the world started to slowly wake up. This was such a great spot, as there were very few people around and we were easily able to get to private and beautiful places for photos. It’s such a great and easy spot to get epic photos without having to hike or work up a sweat. Sunset on the lake makes for the dreamiest light and I absolutely can not wait to come back to this spot.

It was so nice to be outside and with people and I can’t wait for this wedding next year! Deborah, I hope your studying went smoothly and you kicked butt on finals! These sweeties are a breath of fresh air and I bet their Coronado wedding will be an absolute dream. See you in 2021!
