Because of this, we used their engagement shoot to hang out at their venue and get an idea of where we would want to head the day of for portraits. It was a totally perfect evening and we are now prepared to get the wedding photos done quickly so they can get to the party!

In the early days of their falling in love, they met up at Panama 66 pretty regularly. This was the perfect place to start their engagement session. We grabbed a beer or two and Michelle and Brent basically couldn’t stop grinning at each other. These cutie angel babies seem to totally sparkle around each other, while also just being total goofs. We had so much fun wandering around Balboa and I can definitely can not freaking wait for their wedding at BLDG 177. Is it April yet?!

The high ceilings make it the perfect spot for hanging and/or grand floral installations. It was also the perfect canvas for multiple installations. Read MoreThe Audubon Center was such a rad venue. On top of a huge, open field, they have BIRDS! I have never been so close to a Bald Eagle before! They also hand made almost everything and included so many fun personal touches. Dave made all of the yard games by hand and all of their signs were cut and painted by them. Instead of a wedding cake they bought various pies and cakes. Catering done by the amazing Pennypackers via a food truck, which everyone loved. For favors they made heart shaped bird treats and made a donation to the Audubon Society.
